Frequently asked questions

Orders & shipping

How long will my order take to arrive? All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once on their way, please allow up to 30 days for delivery. Most orders arrive well within this window — but we'd rather under-promise and over-deliver. You'll receive tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes. Free shipping on all UK orders, no minimum spend, no catches.

Can I track my order? Absolutely. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link as soon as your order is on its way. Can't find it? Check your spam folder, or drop us a line at hello@snapkarry.co.uk.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? We process orders quickly, so we can't guarantee changes once an order is confirmed. Contact us immediately at hello@snapkarry.co.uk and we'll do everything we can to help before it ships.


Products

Are your products genuinely MagSafe compatible? Yes. Every product in our store is MagSafe-compatible, meaning they work with the built-in magnet array in iPhone 12 and later models. We don't stock products that claim compatibility but don't deliver it.

Which iPhones are compatible with MagSafe? MagSafe is built into the iPhone 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 series (all models including Mini, Plus, Pro and Pro Max). It is not available on the iPhone SE or older models.

Will MagSafe accessories work with a phone case? Yes — as long as your case is MagSafe-compatible (most modern iPhone cases are). If your case is very thick or contains metal plates, magnetic attachment may be weaker. We recommend a MagSafe-compatible case for the best experience.

Do your products work with Android phones? Our products are designed for MagSafe-enabled iPhones. Some may work with Android phones using a magnetic ring adapter, but we can't guarantee full compatibility.


Returns & refunds

What is your returns policy? We offer a 30-day returns policy from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do? We're sorry to hear that. Contact us immediately at hello@snapkarry.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the damage and we'll sort it out fast.

How long do refunds take? Once we've received and inspected your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a little extra time to post it on their end.
