Shipping policy

We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know.


Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

We don't ship on weekends or UK bank holidays, so orders placed on those days will be picked up on the next working day.


Delivery times

Once dispatched, please allow up to 30 days for your order to arrive. Most orders arrive well within this window, but international supply chains can occasionally cause delays outside our control.

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of your dispatch confirmation email, contact us at hello@snapkarry.co.uk and we'll investigate immediately.


Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. Use these to follow your parcel every step of the way.

Shipping rates

We offer free shipping on all UK orders. No minimums, no catches.


International orders

At this time we ship to the United Kingdom only. We'll update this policy if and when we expand to additional regions.


Delays and disruptions

Occasionally, factors outside our control — including carrier delays, severe weather, or customs processing — may affect your delivery timeline. We'll always do our best to keep you informed if we're aware of any disruption affecting your order.


Wrong address?

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you've spotted a mistake after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@snapkarry.co.uk — we'll do everything we can to correct it before dispatch, but we can't guarantee changes once an order is on its way.


Lost or missing orders

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbours or in any safe spots your postie might use
  2. Wait 24 hours — occasionally carriers mark items as delivered slightly early
  3. Contact us at hello@snapkarry.co.uk if it still hasn't turned up
