Returns & refunds
We want you to love what you ordered. If something's not right, we'll make it right.
30-day returns
You've got 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Simple.
To be eligible, your item needs to be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unused and unmodified
- In its original packaging with all tags intact
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
To kick off a return, contact us at hello@snapkarry.co.uk and we'll take it from there. Please don't send anything back without contacting us first — we won't be able to accept it.
Once your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and clear instructions on where to send it.
Damaged or wrong item?
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or just plain wrong — get in touch immediately at hello@snapkarry.co.uk and we'll sort it fast.
What can't be returned
A small number of items aren't eligible for return:
- Sale items and gift cards
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalised orders
- Personal care products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
Want a different item instead? The quickest way is to return your original order, then place a new one once your return is accepted. We'll turn it around as fast as we can.
EU customers — 14-day cooling off period
If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receiving it — no reason needed. The same conditions apply: unused, original packaging, proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether it's been approved. If it is, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Bear in mind your bank may take a little extra time to post it on their end.
If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven't seen it, contact us at hello@snapkarry.co.uk and we'll chase it down.
